RECRUITMENT PROCEDURES
Recruitement procedures follow non-discrimination and fair selection criteria. We ensure that we fully understand your unique job requirements taking careful consideration of key areas such as performance and output, competencies, qualifications, proficiency and skills. Extreme care is taken to source the correct candidate and to above all keep the client and candidate informed of progress at all times.
We are accredited with APSO (Association of Personnel Services Organisation) and serve on the Regional Committee and abide by a strict Code of Ethics. All our Consultants have passed the APSO IPSC exam and are continually trained in lastest legislation and recruitment methodologies.
We utilize sophisticated recruitment software, thereby ensuring that our database of candidate is constantly updated. We have also entered into networking agreements with respected niche agencies around the country, thereby further ensuring that our database is extensive and valid.
Before a candidate is added onto our database, every effort is made to obtain two references. In addition, where it is an inherent requirement of the job, ITC, Criminal and Qualification checks are conducted.
We use a recognized Skills Verification Software program which allows us to assess the IT literacy skills of candidates across a variety of different software packages - keyboard speed and accuracy can also be assessed.
