We follow a stringent recruitment and selection procedure in order to ensure all of our clients receive only the best and most suited candidates to fulfil their temporary labour requirements, as well as permanent labour requirements should the need arise. Our labour sourcing division follows a specific and professional process when it comes to any temporary labour staff and permanent staff recruitment:

Reference checks, criminal record checks and drivers/forklift license validations are conducted on request prior to the candidate being placed on site.

Staff are issued with a payslip each week as they are paid directly into their bank accounts on a weekly basis through an advanced computerised payroll system.

Staff are issued with uniforms if they are required and if agreed upon by the client.
