At Super Clean we recognize the importance of training and development and one of our key objectives is to provide various types of training at all levels to ensure our staff are given the tools they require to provide a high quality service to clients at all times. Super Clean is one of the select few contract cleaning service providers who have been accredited as a Training Provider via the Services SETA.
Our internal training comprises of:
– Learnership Programmes: NQF 1- Hygiene & Cleaning
– Short Skills Courses
– On-The-Job Training
– Refresher Training
Super Clean has also partnered with ABC Training for other training requirements such as:
– Generic Management / Supervisory
– Business Administration
– Health & Safety
– Hospitality Training: Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Lobster Ink
Superclean was one of the first companies in KwaZulu Natal to participate in the Services SETA pilot learnership project for the National Certificate in Hygiene & Cleaning NQF 1.
Since then we have participated in various types of learnership programmes both funded and
unfunded which included employed and unemployed individuals.
Our social development commitments though training includes the following:
Equipping previously disadvantaged unemployed individuals by training them on general cleaning principles. This allows them to become viable candidates for our replacement pool with the opportunity of gaining permanent employment. This training will also aid them in making them more employable within the contract cleaning industry as a whole.
Implementation of 18.2 (unemployed) learnerships with a commitment of making every effort within our capacity to assist learners, on successful completion of the learnership, to gain employment.
It is our vision to effect positive change through training and development which will not only be beneficial to our company and its employees but to our community as a whole.
